Welcome to www.allexclusivejewelry.com, owned and operated by All Exclusive Co., Ltd. In choosing to visit this site and accessing the products and resources provided herein, you accept the following terms and conditions as stated below (referred to as The User Agreement) and the terms detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Our agreement was last updated on 1 June 2014.
We maintain the right to alter this User Agreement as needed and without notice.  You agree that it is your responsibility to review our policies from time to time to remain updated on any changes that may have occurred.  Further use of this site after any updates and changes will constitute agreement of the changes to the terms and conditions.
 
Acceptable Use and Conduct

In visiting this site and utilizing the resources, services, and products, provided for you, directly or indirectly, you agree to utilize these items for the purposes intended as indicated by the terms of this User Agreement, applicable laws, and accepted online best practices.

5. Copying, reproducing, selling or reselling, trading or bartering, or duplicating any of our Resources is absolutely prohibited.
6. Should you participate in any unauthorized activity, including but not limited to that described above, you will be held responsible for losses, damages and consequences incurred by us, either directly or otherwise, and may incur civil or criminal liability.

WARRANTY

All products marketed and retailed by All Exclusive Co., Ltd. is comprised of the precious metals such as 92.5% silver, 14k or 18k gold or other metals as declared in the item description and are produced with 100% natural precious and semi-precious gemstones. 

This warranty pertains to each fine jewelry item for defects in the manufacturing process only, expressly excluding coverage for excessive and/or unusual wear and tear, physical abuse – purposeful or otherwise, theft or loss.

This warranty is valid only through All Exclusive Co., Ltd. or its assigned designee. Repairs causing further damage, incorrect repair attempts or services performed by any person or company other than All Exclusive Co., Ltd. will void this warranty in its entirety.

All Exclusive accepts no liability whatever for damages for breach of warranty, either written or implied, of this item, including its marketability or suitability for any supposed purpose.

Limits of Liability

You fully understand, agree and accept that any claim made against All Exclusive Co., Ltd. for any product shall be limited only to the amount paid for purchase or use of products and/or services. All Exclusive Co., Ltd. will not be held liable for any loss or damages of any kind, directly or indirectly, which may be incurred by you. 

Copyrights/Trademarks

All of the content and represented materials presented on www.allexclusivejewelry.com, including but not limited to text, site name, images, logos, coding of any kind and are the intellectual property of All Exclusive Co., Ltd., and are protected under copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to transmission, distribution, display or reproduction is absolutely prohibited, unless express permission and authorization has been granted by All Exclusive Co., Ltd..

Termination of Use

You agree that we may, for any reason, terminate your access to our website and Resources, without notice and for any reason, including breach of the User Agreement or any other policies. Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity will result in the termination of our relationship and referral to law enforcement agencies may occur. Upon termination, your right to use the Resources will immediately end. 

Governing Law

This website is maintained and controlled by All Exclusive Co., Ltd. from our location in Thailand. It can be accessed from most countries around the world. Some countries have laws that differ from those of Thailand, by accessing the site, you agree that the laws of Thailand, apply to any matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products and services.

Actions utilized to enforce the User Agreement or any other policies will be brought in the highest applicable courts located in Thailand. You agree to personal responsibility and the jurisdiction of such courts, and waive all objections to these courts.
